How to Pack for a Bachelorette Trip

 Hi loves,

Tonight, I am going to be sharing the ultimate Bachelorette Trip packing list. The reason for this is because I am going on two bachelorette trips in the next two weeks and so I have come up with a thing or two to help others out on what I have already come to learn.

First off, if you are going out of the country you will need your passport and you will need to consider how to pay for things over there if they have a different currency. You will also need your drivers license.

The next category is toiletries. Here's the rundown:

  • Toothbrush/toothpaste
  • Hair brush
  • Shampoo/conditioner
  • Razor
  • Deodorant
  • Perfume
  • Makeup
  • Face wash
Then you have to consider what clothes to bring:
  • Underwear garments
  • Bathing suits and cover-ups
  • Bathing suits
  • Shorts/t-shirts
  • Cute sundress for dinner
  • Sandals/other shoes
  • Socks
  • PJs
  • Clothes for any themes
Now we have the miscellaneous category:
  • Pedialyte packets
  • Sunglasses/hat
  • Blow dryer/curler
  • Phone charger
  • Headphones
  • Meds

Instead of my normal outfit inspo I made some Pinterest Boards with inspiration for a beachy bachelorette trip:

Fall Trip Inspiration

In 10 days, the University of Florida is playing at Vanderbilt, so this post tonight will serve as an inspiration for female students who will be traveling out of town for the game in Nashville.

Nashville, Tennessee is a country, southern town. There is square and line dancing and cowboy boots and cowboy hats. Country music fills the streets of Nashville, but for out of towners it can be confusing about what to wear in the weather while still fitting the vibes.

Cowboy boots are a must for every outfit, of course. Tights, dresses and oversized jackets are the perfect way to pair your boots. A cowboy hat is optional, you don't need one as much as you need some sort of boots to go with every outfit.

1. MONOCHROME:

    - Monochrome outfits are very in right now and it is a super simple and effective way to match your cowboy boots with your outfit.

2. A STAPLE BOOT

Another option for your outfit in Nashville is to go with a simple look and a unique staple boot!

3. More ideas:
    - All leather
    - Black Fringe
    - Cowboy Hat
    - Braids
    - Tights
    - Blue Jeans/Skirts

Fit of the day:

Whole outfit besides my jeans were bought in Nashville!

Fall fashion trends you actually WANT to see on campus

If Hurricane Ian did anything to Gainesville, it brought us amazing weather. The storm shifting away and missing us just by a little bit was just the push Alachua County needed to cool down for fall.

Now that the weather is cool and it is officially spooky season, what better time than now to dress the part.

1. Gold jewlery

Think warm tones: the sun is hitting just right and it is golden hour all day. The way the sun is hitting through the Gainesville moss in the trees is the perfect compliment to gold accessories.

2. Crotchet

Light, breathable and comforting. It is the perfect fall staple. Perfect for layering, too.

3. "Real" socks
I saw a Tik Tok trend helping boys get dressed and the creator mentioned "real" socks. Immediately, I knew exactly what she was talking about although I had never thought about that before. "Real socks are not my $4 black or white cew socks from Publix that I wear all the time," I thought to myself. Real socks have texture, they have volume and personality. They can really tie together a look the more I thought about it.

I hope your're feeling a little inspired now after this inspo, I know I am! Now it is time for my OOTD :)

Here is my orange and pink color coordinated outfit I did the other day.

My entire outfit, every single piece, is from Urban Outfitters!
Hat: Boys Lie from UO
Glasses: UO
Top: UO

Hi everybody!

My name is Katalina, and welcome to Lina's Looks. It's my new blog where I while be sharing fashion advice, inspo and challenges for college-aged women. I have always loved fashion and follow many other fashion bloggers such as Emma Chamberlain. She has helped me shape my fashion sense since I was younger. When I was in high school, I never felt confident in what I was wearing and the way I presented myself. However, now that I am in college I have discovered my fashion and been so inspired by the styles of those around me too.

For each blog post, I will be doing an OOTD (outfit of the day:))
